Volleyball conference attendance competition:
There will be a grade level competition between 6th, 7th, and 8th grades MondayTuesday, and Wednesday next week to see which grade is represented best at the volleyball conference meet.  The cost of admission for each student is $1 each night.  There will be a sign up form that every student must sign.  The grade level that has the most students in attendance will get to use their phones during lunch the next day.  If Mt Vernon plays at home on Tuesday night, then we start the competition all over.  Whichever grade level wins Tuesday night's contest gets to use their cell phones at lunch on Wednesday.  This will also continue for Wednesday.
